We’re excited to share progress on our Early Candidate Data Pilot, a program designed to deliver critical candidate information significantly earlier in the election cycle. Since launching, the pilot has achieved measurable gains in delivery speed while maintaining the data quality and reliability that partners rely on.
Key Milestones Achieved:
📈 Accelerated Data Collection
BallotReady has delivered verified candidate contact data 3–4 weeks ahead of standard timelines in several key states, overcoming traditional barriers such as delayed filings, inconsistent local cooperation, and fragmented data sources.
🗳 Recent Election Highlights
Virginia Primary (June 17): Delivered data April 28 — 23 days ahead of schedule, offering 50 days of outreach runway.
New York Primary (June 24): Uploaded 817 candidate records by May 5, with 20% contact data coverage achieved 22 days early.
Washington Primary (August 5): Completed research by May 29 — nearly a month ahead of the June 11 goal.
Michigan Primary (August 5): Released contact data almost one month early, beating the June 30 target.
🚀 Infrastructure for Scale
With proven results in early states, the BallotReady team is now building the technical infrastructure to scale this program nationwide ahead of the general election. This includes:
